Each home is different and has its own unique challenges. When quoting to transform your home here are some of the things that we consider:

• Site access: Can we get our machines to the space we are transforming?
• Ground prep: What sort of digging are we going to have to be doing? Is the ground going to be easy to work with or are there granite boulders burried under the soil

• Gradients: Are you on a steep hill or flat ground? This will effect how but loving care goes into your job.
• Time: Do you want it all done at once? Or can we complete this project over a number of mini projects? Are you in a rush to have the space of your dreams or can you wait that little bit longer?
• Materials: E.g. Do you want normal concrete compared to exposed agregate. Limestone blocks or timber post and pannel? Pavers or stone marble? All these decisions are very important and need to be given care
